Q1:Are these lights manufactured by you? do you have your own factory？

A: Yes, the lights are produced through our own factory, factory price direct sales and we will provide one-stop service so that save you money.

Q2: Where is your main market?

A: Our products have been exported to Europe, North American and so on, we are sure we can meet your market demands.

Q3: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

Q4: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution.

Q5: What is the warranty policy?

A: Under normal use during the warranty period, lf any defects happen, kindly please send us the pictures or videos, so that our engineers could analyze what happend.

Q6: Do you have any MOQ limit for the lights order?

A:  Small batches also can be made as long as adding some fee.

Q7: How long is the delivery time?

A: Order lead time 25-40days and samples about 7-15 days.

Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Ship as per your request by air or by sea. By air it can be DHL/UPS/Fedes/TNT...door to door service. By sea, it can be FCL/LCL. The shipping time will be 7-10 days for air or 25-30 days for ocean.

Q9: Is it possible to print my logo on the light product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q10: Can you do OEM or ODM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM and ODM.

Q11: Can I have a sample order for the light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. One sample or mixed samples are acceptable.

Q12: How long is the sample production time?

A: Normal modles about 3-7 working days. special models about 7-15 working days.

Q13: What is the payment?

A: Usually we accept T/T as belowing: 30% advance deposit before production, the 70% Balance should be paid before shipment. After long relationship, we can accept others.

Q14: How to proceed an order for the light?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Fourthly We arrange the production.
